Surftech have just launched a new construction featuring their Dual-Core technology.
It’s a fresh approach at how to maximise your rail-to-rail transitions, adding pop in and out of turns, while providing more stability on the wave face. Take a look at the design; the heart of what makes this board tick is the fused cell EPS core, PU rails for smooth transitions, and the Dual-Core is fused together with a TPU “Pop-Flex” Stringer which makes the ultimate surfboard in all conditions.
Here, we have Alex Gray as your test pilot. The tech has been injected into a Channel Islands Rocket 9 and the results; we’ll let Mr Gray run you through what makes this board pop. Dive on in.
And, as Dan Watts, Surftech’s product director puts it: "The Dual Core technology has been tested and approved by some of Channel Islands' highest level surfers, including Alex Gray, Dane Gudauskas and head shaper for CI Britt Merrick. The Dual-Core tech introduces some space age materials to the surf industry, delivering a unique product that will bring response, flex, feel, and performance to all levels of surfers."
